Reach Out
Saturday 27th May 2023
Vulcan Park, Workington
11am - 4pm

Our popular Reach Out event focuses on mental health awareness, support and guidance, with a lot of fun mixed in.

This event will bring together businesses, charities, organisations and individuals who all have something to offer in terms of mental health awareness and help, support and guidance.

In 2022, we hosted a number of free workshops and activities with a focus on improving health and well-being.  This year, it's going to be bigger and better with the help of our local NHS services who are involved in bringing more services and organisations to Reach Out!
