Service Description

Yoga for Adults - Simone will be guiding adults through a gentle moving Hatha yoga practice, which encourages you to journey within. Suitable for complete beginners, or those who already enjoy soft practice. Please bring with you a yoga mat and perhaps a blanket for the meditation at the end. Also bring water/juice for refreshment.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us at office@workingtontowncouncil.gov.uk if you are no longer able to attend, so we can release the space to someone else.
