Party in the Park 2026: What a Weekend, Workington!

If you were lucky enough to be in Vulcan Park earlier this month, you'll know exactly why we're still smiling.

Party in the Park returned to Workington and, in true Cumbrian fashion, it delivered; rain and all.

A Celebration of Everything That Makes Workington Special

Vulcan Park came alive with the kind of energy that reminds you just how much this community has to offer. From live performances and theatre to family activities, music, food stalls, and a whole lot of laughter, there was something for everyone across the weekend.

Whether you came for the entertainment, the food, or simply to soak up the atmosphere (and perhaps a bit of light drizzle), it was a brilliant occasion and a proper celebration of Workington life.
